You can start at any home on the tour! Simply choose a location from the full list of homes and begin your route wherever you like.
Parade homes are new builds and may not show up correctly on a map app so be sure to follow the written directions to each home on either the website or the printed Guide.
Purchase your tickets online (pre-sale through May 30), at any Lake Michigan Credit Union (Scan QR Code at any LMCU Location for $5 off) or at your first home stop! They are good for the length of the event.

The Parade runs over two weekends in June (Thursday-Saturday):
June 4–6 & June 11–13 | 12–8 PM daily
Yes! Hang onto your ticket—it’s valid for the entire event. You can spread your visits across multiple days or weekends!
Be sure to also stop at our Showroom Showcase stop between home visits (S1).

You may vote for your favorite in-person and virtual home tours on the VIEW HOMES page of the website. Each category has its own fan-favorite award. Voting is electronic- click the “ad” on the VIEW HOMES tab to vote!
